Who I am
I'm someone who long thought mindfulness wasn't for me. My father still says I'm restless. And he's right. Simply sitting still somewhere is incredibly difficult for me. But working with strengths has opened up a path to mindfulness that surprised me. It led me to a form of mindfulness that's become ingrained in everyday life.
I have lived with endometriosis for many years. This experience has shaped my relationship with my own body. Only through a combination of mindfulness and strengths-based work was I able to reconnect with my body. Mindfulness didn't become an ideal, but a tool that sustains me.
How I work
I accompany people who are fully engaged in life and cannot escape it. People who bear responsibility and yet want to take care of themselves. People who are curious but are not looking for a spiritual spectacle.
My work is scientifically grounded yet deeply personal. I share anecdotes from my own journey because they offer encouragement and allow for connection. My approach is clear and structured. I ask about meaning, purpose, and impact. I search for the core.
My signature strengths shape my work.
Love creates genuine connection.
A love of learning brings curiosity and a broader perspective.
Courage opens up spaces where change becomes possible.
Hope directs our gaze towards the future and possibilities.
Honesty ensures that everything remains genuine.
What I stand for
Mindfulness shouldn't be a requirement that adds to the burden. It can be easy. It can be imperfect. It can arise naturally in everyday life. I believe in mindfulness as an attitude that sustains us, not as an achievement that must be met.
