In our eight-week MBSP program, we combine mindfulness with your personal character strengths. You'll learn to specifically identify and live your strengths, thereby tapping into new sources of energy in your everyday life – for greater inner clarity, resilience, and self-efficacy.
As a professional or manager in industry, you're used to taking on responsibility and making decisions under pressure. However, those who constantly overexert themselves can easily lose touch with their own resources. In the MBSP program, developed according to VIA, a well-founded, practical approach supports you in rediscovering your personal strengths and using them specifically for your mental health and professional success.
With mindfulness-based exercises, reflection prompts, and group discussions, you'll develop a deeper connection to yourself, strengthening not only your resilience but also your ability to make conscious and consistent decisions.
