MBSP program – consciously living mindfulness & strengths

In our eight-week MBSP program, we combine mindfulness with your personal character strengths. You'll learn to specifically identify and live your strengths, thereby tapping into new sources of energy in your everyday life – for greater inner clarity, resilience, and self-efficacy.

As a professional or manager in industry, you're used to taking on responsibility and making decisions under pressure. However, those who constantly overexert themselves can easily lose touch with their own resources. In the MBSP program, developed according to VIA, a well-founded, practical approach supports you in rediscovering your personal strengths and using them specifically for your mental health and professional success.

With mindfulness-based exercises, reflection prompts, and group discussions, you'll develop a deeper connection to yourself, strengthening not only your resilience but also your ability to make conscious and consistent decisions. The program is based on the scientific principles of positive psychology and is facilitated by experienced trainers.

Das Stärken Sangha ist ein monatlicher Treffpunkt für Menschen, die Achtsamkeit und Stärkenarbeit weiterführen möchten. Die Teilnahme steht allen aktuellen und vergangenen Kursteilnehmern offen. Gemeinsam mit Natalie Wetzel, die mit Eltern zu stärkenbasierten Ansätzen arbeitet, gestalten wir immer am letzten Mittwoch des Monats von 18-19 Uhr eine Stunde mit angeleiteten Übungen und Austausch in einer kleinen Gruppe. Bei Interesse bitten wir um eine Nachricht über das Kontaktformular.

Alle Kurstermine finden freitags von 17:00 bis 19:00 Uhr statt.

Ausnahmen: Der erste und der letzte Termin dauern jeweils bis 19:30 Uhr.

 

Zusätzlich wird zwischen dem sechsten und achten Termin ein 

freiwilliges Halbtages-Online-Retreat angeboten.

Dieses findet an einem Samstag von 10:00 bis 14:00 Uhr statt.
